Alacranes con alas
Seguramente has escuchado esa frase de: si los alacranes tuvieran alas...
Hoy me acordé de mi teoría de que las etapas se equilibran y es bastante simple, a ver que opinas.
Cuando somos adolescentes, tenemos ganas de hacer miles de cosas pero no tenemos dinero o permiso, o las dos. Cuando ya tenemos dinero y permiso, ya nos da flojera hacer todas esas mismas cosas que lucían doradas en la adolescencia.
En algunos casos pareciera que no es tan divertido cualquiera de los dos casos, pero he visto casos donde se juntan los ímpetus, permisos y dinero, todo al mismo caso y con esa mezcla he visto muchas desgracias, problemas e incluso tragedias.
Es facil desearlo todo en paquete, pero como también se dice: todo tiene su razón de ser...

Jefes y no jefes
Según yo iba a escribir algo extenso, pero ya que lo pienso es más como una reflexión, a ver que opinas...
No todos pueden ser jefes.
Creo que hay personas que están hechas para ser líderes de grupos de trabajo y otras que sencillamente no. Lo cierto es que los jefes requieren de un tipo de pensamiento panorámico acerca del negocio, servicio o producto para poder mover a diferentes personas, y en mucho casos aborrecen hacer lo pesado o la talacha.
Pero también es cierto que hay personas que están hechas para ser empleados, a quienes me he dado cuenta que les da flojera pensar. Si, flojera y pensar, juntas... Este tipo de persona normalmente está pide y pide instrucciones para absolutamente todo, se distrae con cualquier tarugada, comenta detalladamente cualquier cosa que hace como para dar a notar que hizo algo, y con frecuencia no tiene interés de conocer el punto de vista panorámico para un día ser jefe. Además, muchas veces trabajan en lo que sea que estén haciendo, como podrían estar viendo la tele o vendiendo celulares y les da igual.
Es una pena que no haya vocación en los trabajos, y francamente se me hace injusto que muchas veces por lo antes descrito estén desperdiciados talentos porque quien sabe cómo se ganó un puesto una persona que ni le importa o que está ahí sólo por la paga pero que ni quiere aprender, ni trabaja bien, ni nada.
Tan fácil que sería decir:
"No se me da la gana estudiar, bueno entonces quiero dedicarme a ser taxista, pero voy a ser el mejor taxista."
"Me da flojera estar en una oficina y me encanta estar vendiendo cosas, ah pues voy a ponerme en un mercado, pero mi puesto va a ser el mejor."
"Quiero ser jefe. Sí, la paga es buena, pero lo que quiero es demostrar mi capacidad de liderear un grupo y llevar a mi empresa a una mejor posición."
En lugar de:
"No pues ya como no sé que hacer, voy a comprar un taxi y a ver que sale." > Para luego tener a esos taxistas jetones que te dicen "pos ahí me va diciendo".
"Voy a ir a trabajar a la oficina de pasaportes, me hago mensa, me salgo a desayunar y ahí que me chequen la tarjeta. Ah, pero eso sí, llevo mis catalogos de Avón y Andrea." > Y la gente sin poder resolver el tema del pasaporte porque la señorita quien sabe donde anda o está chacoteando de lo lindo.
"Ah, pues a mí me metió mi cuate y la verdad lo mejor de esta chamba es mandar a todos y gritarles. Uy, y ni se diga lo bien que me va, yo creo que este año ya me compró la camioneta que quiero." > Mientras que la compañía se cae a pedazos y se sigue contratando a gente que no sirve.
